Cherry Tree Hill socks- FO's
These socks were both made with Cherry Tree Hill sock yarn. The one on the left is from my second *real* (read: not made of bulky yarn on size 10 needles) pair of socks I ever made. It was knit on US 2 DPNs and, being one of my first attempts at *real* socks, I had not yet realized that I prefer my socks with about .5-1" negative ease and a fairly dense fabric. SO the sock on the right was knit with the same pattern and the same number of stitches cast on, but I knit it on US 1 DPNs and it fits marvelously. Much less floppy than the pretty strip-ed ones.

I think those are great looking socks :) I'm currently knitting up a pair using some worsted weight yarn ...
