Cashmere Merino Cowl- FO

Pattern: my own
Yarn: Karabella Boise, 50% cashmere, 50% merino
Yardage: 50g/163yds per ball. One ball used.
Needles: US 5 addi turbo 16" circulars
Gauge: 6.25 st/in

I knit this thinking it would be a nice alternative to wearing scarves in the winter. I got the yarn on sale (it was still pretty expensive) and thought, "what could I make out of one skein of this?". So I decided to make a cowl. I cast on 112 stitches and k3,p1 for 5 rows. Then I knit for 7 inches or so before finishing with another 5 rows of k3,p1 ribbing. This thing feels delicious against my neck, I absolutely love it!

Tubey- FO

OK so I will start where I left off- Tubey! Okay so after ripping out the sleeve tube three times, that finally worked out. Then I had to rip out the body tube once or twice because of weirdness. Then I finished it, and loved it. Great, right? Well, the wool I used is superwash, so I thought that rather than blocking it, I'd throw it in the washer and dryer. Easy, right? No, apparantley the yarn I used tends to bloom when I do this. The sweater is huge. Its completely obscene. BUT Bek has much bigger mammaries than me. So she has been gifted, after helping me move over the course of two weeks, with my Tubey. And she looks nine bazillion times better in it. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.

Yarn:Mission Falls 1824 Wool. I have no idea how much or what colors. I think there was a Raisin color involved.
Needles:Addi Turbos (or Blunti Stumpos), US8. I used circs for the sleeves, I found it to be much faster.
Size Knit:Small
